Salary: $27.50–$31.50 per hour, depending on experience and background

What you will do

• Perform cell-based potency and ELISA assays in a GMP-regulated laboratory.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare reagents, standards, and controls.
• Support assay development, optimization, qualification, validation, and method transfer.
• Analyze dose-response curves, relative potency, and assay suitability using bioassay and statistical software.
• Maintain complete GMP-compliant laboratory records and support audits, client interactions, technology transfers, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read, understand, and present complex scientific subjects.
• Ability to work independently with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Availability for full-time, onsite work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
