Fullstack Engineer (Java/Angular)

Location: Hybrid work at the Bogota office, Colombia

What you will do

• Develop e-commerce and airline digital applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, AWS, and related tools.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces from mockups, UX inputs, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Java-based back-end services and APIs supporting critical business capabilities.
• Collaborate with the client, Product Owner, Scrum Master, technical leads, QA engineers, and development team to estimate, test, and deliver functionality.
• Participate in analysis, development, code reviews, integration, defect fixing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute ideas, share knowledge, and learn from more experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring or Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RxJS, Bootstrap, and component-based front-end development.
• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP web services, API integration, and web standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, or Docker, plus Git and Agile/Scrum practices; good English communication skills.
