Senior Analyst – Data Analytics (EV Charging)

hirify.global is an automotive company developing mobility solutions, including electric vehicle charging capabilities for hirify.global and Lexus customers.

What you will do

• Design and launch EV charging pilots and strategic initiatives with hirify.global business units and external stakeholders.
• Build and deploy digital products, prototypes, analytical tools, dashboards, datasets, and proprietary methodologies.
• Conduct advanced geospatial, telematics, charging behavior, and customer data analysis.
• Own analytics workstreams from requirements gathering and prototyping through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop data models, business logic, data dictionaries, quality controls, scalable pipelines, and analytical methodologies.
• Translate complex data into recommendations supporting EV charging strategy, customer experience, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, business intelligence, advanced analytics, or consulting.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, warehouses, data lakes, scalable datasets, ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, or production analytics assets.
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Redshift, Denodo, DBeaver, Airflow, dbt, Git, and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, dashboard development with Power BI and Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require hirify.global immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in data science or data engineering, or an MBA with a data analytics concentration.
• Knowledge of EVs, public charging infrastructure, automotive, energy, business development, or connected vehicle data.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or low-code and AI-enabled development tools.
• Experience as a product owner developing business-facing prototypes, wireframes, journey maps, or proof-of-concept tools.
