Senior Manager – Response Threat Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, United States. Standard work schedule with occasional travel of 10–20%. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $139,100–$231,900, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the AMER Response Threat Operations team through strategic direction, operational oversight, people leadership, hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Define and execute the roadmap for threat detection, incident response, and cyber defense capabilities with Cyber Defense and CISO leadership.
• Oversee 24x7 threat monitoring, incident response, cyber intrusion analysis, containment, and remediation across global regions.
• Improve operational performance through process optimization, automation, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, technology, and security leaders to manage risk, communicate security impacts, and strengthen the security posture.
• Provide technical leadership in cyber threat detection, digital forensics, malware analysis, threat intelligence, and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ years in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, the OSI model, defense-in-depth, and common security controls.
• Advanced understanding of network threat lifecycles, attack vectors, exploitation methods, and intrusion-set tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, system utilities, and administrative functions.
• Experience with Wireshark, SNORT, Splunk, Kali Linux, Sift, REMnux, and programming or scripting languages such as C, Python, or Java.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, project coordination, and Agile work experience.
