Senior Product Manager (Multisurface)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with future hubs in Miami, San Francisco, and New York

What you will do

• Own the multisurface product portfolio and roadmap from research and prioritization through launch.
• Lead the Félix app product strategy, requirements, and delivery end to end.
• Own the WhatsApp strategy, Meta relationship, provider capabilities, constraints, and economics.
• Develop a consistent conversational experience across the app, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, polished customer touchpoints and scalable gateway integrations.

Requirements

• Strong product experience with customer-facing interfaces across mobile apps, web, messaging, or multichannel products.
• Experience working closely with Product Design and Engineering on interaction patterns and shipped experiences.
• Understanding of usability, information architecture, accessibility, experimentation, and behavioral product metrics.
• Ability to adapt shared experiences to the capabilities and constraints of different surfaces.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, messaging infrastructure, platform constraints, or third-party technology partners.
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency required.
