SAP Basis with SAP RISE & SAP HANA

Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day working from home each week

What you will do

• Manage SAP platform strategy, roadmap, and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, BI, SAP HANA, integration components, and related tools.
• Administer SAP Basis environments, including system copies, client strategy, transport management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Manage backup and restore processes, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Apply RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition experience to platform operations.
• Lead SAP Basis and platform teams, including offshore or distributed delivery models.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and audit teams on SAP operations and authorizations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong background in SAP Basis administration and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition.
• Understanding of SAP roles and responsibilities, hyperscaler infrastructure, and the shared responsibility model.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, integration technologies, and SAP security and authorizations.
• Ability to work onsite in Mansfield four days per week and remotely one day per week.
