Senior Solutions Architect (Digital Banking)

Location: Remote - United States; travel required 50–60%

What you will do

• Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and webinars for executive-level audiences.
• Support the sales cycle from discovery through signature, including prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof-of-concepts, and deal closure plans.
• Coordinate RFP responses with the RFP team and subject matter experts, and improve the centralized response database.
• Lead pre-implementation planning by gathering requirements and defining detailed Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Development, Technical, and Channel teams on go-to-market messaging and product demonstrations.
• Provide market, competitive, and client insights to Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or pre-sales role.
• 5 years of professional presentation experience, including technical product demonstrations for executive stakeholders.
• Extensive digital banking experience with credit unions and/or banks.
• Strong knowledge of RFP processes, project scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and Statements of Work.
• Knowledge of digital banking solutions, third-party integrations, core banking systems, software and infrastructure security, cloud security, risk management, and compliance.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Loopio, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
