Manager, Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations

What you will do

• Ensure economic production of parenteral products while meeting GMP, aseptic handling, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, define production objectives, and cascade targets to the assigned department.
• Lead and develop plant personnel, promoting continuous learning, professional growth, and collective ownership.
• Monitor production output against KPIs and address manufacturing issues and operational risks.
• Drive cost improvement, process implementation, and operational efficiency projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert during health authority inspections and support the Senior Operations Manager with daily business and production planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical aseptic operations, including people leadership.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and experience implementing and maintaining cGMP compliance.
• Ability to apply digital technologies, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Proficiency in German and English is required.
