What you will do
- Create and execute test plans, test scripts, use cases, and queries to validate software requirements.
- Identify, document, and report defects, then collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards and evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes and tools.
- Review functional, design, data specifications, and user stories to derive test coverage.
- Design, develop, and maintain QA infrastructure and platforms according to changing requirements.
- Support sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and user documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Ability to create test plans, test scripts, use cases, and queries.
- Experience identifying defects and verifying results against requirements.
- Ability to review functional, design, and data specifications.
- Capability to provide technical guidance to junior engineers in Extreme Programming.
- Ability to work in Manila, Philippines.
