TL;DR
Intermediate AI Engineer (AI agents and LLM integrations): Building and testing AI agents, MCP servers, plugins, and integrations with internal development platforms with an accent on prompt engineering, software testing, and AI output quality. Focus on validating proof-of-concepts, measuring KPI and ROI, and designing automation workflows with experienced AI engineers.

What you will do
- Assist with designing and deploying AI agents for specific business domains under senior engineering guidance.
- Develop prompts and build integrations between AI systems and internal platforms including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear, and Confluence.
- Support the implementation, code review, and validation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Create AI skills and plugins for development teams and analyze model outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Develop testing strategies for AI-generated code and documentation, and support KPI and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with software teams to identify automation opportunities, design agentic workflows, and validate proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development or entry-level AI/ML roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong foundation in software development and solid knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of code quality, software testing practices, and quality metrics.
- Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn AI platforms, tools, and frameworks under mentorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with API integrations, REST or GraphQL services, and CI/CD automation such as GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic systems, or workflow automation.
- Experience in financial services or banking.
- Familiarity with Qdrant vector databases or Databricks and data engineering platforms.
