System Support Specialist (SAP eWM)

Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; onsite support for European distribution hub operations, including planned activities outside standard working hours and participation in the applicable stand-by model.

What you will do

• Provide technical and functional support for SAP eWM, eWMS, and related warehouse IT/OT systems.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, recurring issues, and system discrepancies in collaboration with Operations, IT, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Translate operational needs into system requirements and support the assessment, prioritization, risk evaluation, and controlled implementation of changes.
• Own or contribute to enhancements, including planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing, qualification, validation, documentation, and readiness activities.
• Monitor inventory-related processes, system interfaces, data integrity, and user access, while maintaining computerized systems in a compliant state.
• Support warehouse projects, new operational flows, system implementations, user guidance, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in system support, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a complex industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between business processes, warehouse execution, and IT/OT systems.
• Experience with incident management, issue resolution, system enhancements, testing, and controlled change implementation.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to support planned activities outside standard working hours and participate in the applicable stand-by model.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP eWM, eWMS, warehouse management, execution, or control systems.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment, computerized system validation, qualification, and change control.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, test-management tools, inventory management, system interfaces, user-access management, and warehouse IT/OT hardware.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch, and/or French.
