Senior Data Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: From €70,100 gross annually

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional Data Platform and data warehousing initiatives from source-system integration through analytics-ready data marts.
• Manage projects spanning Data Ops, Data Delivery, and adjacent teams, aligning scope, sequencing, ownership, and capacity.
• Own schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and initiative outcomes.
• Balance internal data-consumer requests with long-term investments in reliability, data quality, governance, and security.
• Facilitate planning, synchronization, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Build continuous-improvement processes for delivery performance, quality, engagement, and team maturity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in Data Platform, Data Warehousing, or Analytics environments.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and dependencies.
• Strong command of modern goal-setting and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Strong organization, prioritization, risk management, accountability, and systems-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ODS-to-data-mart layering, streaming and batch delivery, or data governance.
• Experience in high-growth consumer technology.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, Kafka, BigQuery, or similar modern data stack tools.
