Senior Expansion Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead international expansion initiatives from strategy and market-entry design through execution and scale.
• Develop fleet partner and fleet-owner models, including driver management and acquisition structures.
• Design financial, legal, licensing, taxation, payment, and monetization structures for new markets.
• Build scalable processes, pilots, and project-office frameworks to improve execution and reduce operational risk.
• Translate market requirements into product and development initiatives while coordinating Business, Product, Development, Legal, Finance, and regional teams.
• Evaluate and execute go-to-market strategies involving partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and licensing.

Requirements

• Experience with fleet partners, fleet owners, driver ecosystems, logistics, marketplaces, or similar operational models.
• Understanding of market-entry structures involving entities, taxation, payments, licensing, monetization, and partnerships.
• Strong process and project management skills in fast-growing, complex organizations.
• Ability to translate business and market requirements into product and development initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.
• Advanced English required.
