Location: Carlsbad, California, United States; field-based role with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, including possible overnight travel. The position requires flexibility to support physician procedures, customer training, implementations, and educational events. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $41 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do
- Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and healthcare teams on clinical and technical aspects of women's health products.
- Provide procedural case support and clinical expertise during implementations, training sessions, and educational activities.
- Conduct one-on-one in-services, group training, and physician education programs.
- Build professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare providers while supporting product adoption.
- Answer customer questions about product use, procedural techniques, and best practices, and communicate market feedback to internal teams.
- Complete required reports and documentation, process product complaints and returns, and maintain company equipment and property.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license or current certification/credentialing as an ultrasound, radiologic, or mammography technologist is required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, diagnostic imaging, health sciences, or a related discipline is required.
- Three to five years of experience in women's health, breast health, radiology, imaging services, surgical services, or a related specialty is required.
- Advanced knowledge of breast imaging, breast biopsy procedures, breast surgery workflows, and women's health clinical practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, adult learning, organization, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Frequent travel and hospital vendor credentialing are required; current immunizations and healthcare facility compliance may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience conducting physician and staff education programs.
- Experience supporting medical device implementations, procedural training, breast biopsy procedures, or women's health interventions.
- Industry experience in medical devices, women's health, diagnostic imaging, or breast health.
