Bilingual Pharmacy/Medical Auth HCP (Temp 12 Month)

Location: New Brunswick, Canada; remote from home, hybrid, or full-time office work available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Time. No overnight shifts or weekends.

Salary: CAD 61,221–68,873 annually, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive programs.

What you will do

• Assess member requests for prior authorization of specified medications according to established criteria.
• Use pharmacy or healthcare knowledge and experience to make authorization decisions.
• Review medical conditions and pharmaceutical treatments when evaluating requests.
• Liaise with members and healthcare professionals to support the appropriate administration of treatments.
• Collaborate with Canadian teams and healthcare-sector partners in English and French.

Requirements

• Education in nursing, pharmacy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in a health-related field.
• Strong understanding of medical conditions and pharmaceutical treatments.
• Excellent decision-making, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools.
• English and French bilingualism is required.
