Focus on coordinating inbound and outbound flows, improving truck loadability, monitoring 3PL SLAs, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end logistics across the factory, BoF warehouse, 3PL warehouses, and transportation partners.
- Lead inbound receiving, purchase order checks, sorting, put-away, picking, and production pull-plan execution.
- Monitor finished-goods transportation, warehouse shuttling, production reservations, and daily factory-to-3PL activities.
- Prepare daily loading and dispatch plans for local and export shipments and coordinate monthly export plans.
- Coordinate daily operations with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, planning, and export logistics teams.
- Monitor 3PL SLA performance, improve truck loadability efficiency, and manage 3PL purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work with warehouse, factory, transportation, and 3PL operations in Alexandria, Egypt.
Nice to have
- Power BI skills.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
