Planning Supervisor (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain finished goods plans using demand forecasts, customer orders, and production schedules.
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing service targets and working capital objectives.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, blocked, excess, and aging stock, and coordinate mitigation plans with Sales, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Lead finished goods scheduling and align requirements with production capacity to reduce delays, rework, and inefficiencies.
• Manage finished goods allocation and prioritization during constrained supply situations.
• Track planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory health, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a planning supervisory or supply planning role.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong leadership and people development experience, with effective delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Production Planning, Customer Service, and external teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with planning procedures and audit requirements.
