What you will do
- Develop and maintain rolling 12–24 month demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence.
- Update forecasts for new and seasonal products, discounts, and promotions.
- Lead monthly S&OP demand reviews with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams.
- Manage weekly and monthly demand cycles and support short-term delivery against commitments.
- Identify demand risks and opportunities, investigate forecast variances, and drive mitigation plans and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with supply planning to balance service levels, safety stock, and working capital while supporting ERP and advanced planning system upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, or Logistics.
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG is preferred.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Ability to work from the El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office in Egypt.
