Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Coordinate recurring live minigame events from planning and implementation through playtesting, launch readiness, and post-release analysis.
- Monitor event milestones, ownership, project blockers, and operational health.
- Facilitate playtesting, document findings, manage defect triage, and ensure critical regressions are resolved.
- Audit final configurations against technical specifications and resolve discrepancies before deployment.
- Synchronize Engineering, Design, and Art teams to support seamless event execution.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve evidence comparison, documentation, workflows, and project-output reliability.
Requirements
- Professional, academic, or practical experience in operations, product, design, or analytics.
- Strong precision, execution, and administrative skills across multiple concurrent events and lifecycle phases.
- Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to investigate root causes and learn new platforms.
- Proactive communication and delivery skills for identifying discrepancies, assigning ownership, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Technical aptitude and experience using automation or AI to improve workflow efficiency and reliability.
- Genuine interest in mobile gaming and the mechanics of long-term game integrity and engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile gaming, live-service products, or other dynamic digital environments.
- Experience using data and digital platforms to diagnose complex challenges and support strategic decisions.
- Experience implementing AI solutions and automation for operational workflows.
