Focus on integrating claims and coverage data, modeling pricing and contracting scenarios, and solving complex access challenges in the US obesity market.

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; flexible commuter role with on-site work at least 2 days per week

Annual salary: $170,719.95–$230,974.05 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Global and US Value & Access, Coverage & Pricing, Market Access, Patient Access, commercial, and CD&A teams.
  • Build analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools for MariTide deal modeling, segmentation, pull-through, and price elasticity.
  • Monitor payer obstacles and integrate primary and secondary data to guide access, reimbursement, coverage, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop obesity-specific and employer-specific modules in Contracting-IQ for contracting and direct employer engagement.
  • Build CAP-AI for obesity to support dynamic copay and patient access analysis, including cash-pay interactions.
  • Triangulate claims, prescription, outlet, payer coverage, and partner data to refine employer segmentation and targeting.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years, master’s degree and 5 years, bachelor’s degree and 7 years, associate’s degree and 12 years, or high school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree or experience in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, strategy consulting, coverage, access, and reimbursement drivers.
  • Understanding of PBM account and formulary structures, contracting processes, pricing, and the US payer environment.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, communication, leadership, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Thousand Oaks, California at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching new products or indications in cardio or metabolic disease.
  • Experience analyzing products with pharmacy benefit usage.
  • Prior direct payer, value marketing, contracts, or pricing experience.
