Senior Property Accountant

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Perform advanced property accounting activities, including financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Lead or support new property setups and onboarding activities.
• Assign work to accountants and analysts according to priorities and deadlines.
• Review financials, provide review notes, recheck corrections, and ensure issues are cleared.
• Train analysts and accountants on workpapers, client communication, bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and accounts payable.
• Participate in client calls and support technical issue resolution and team coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property accounting and software experience.
• Advanced technical accounting knowledge and strong review discipline.
• Ability to prioritize workloads across multiple team members while maintaining quality.
• Coaching, training, client communication, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement in Manila, Philippines.
