TL;DR
Civil Foreman (Civil Construction): Supervising civil construction activities and site workforce in EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial projects with an accent on foundations, concrete, rebar, formwork, utilities, and compliance with approved construction documents. Focus on coordinating site resources, enforcing HSE and quality requirements, resolving site issues, and supporting inspections and project handover.
Location: Ruwais–Ghayathi–Arada Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite construction role

What you will do
- Supervise daily civil construction activities and the site workforce.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and schedules.
- Oversee excavation, backfilling, foundations, concrete, rebar, formwork, blockwork, paving, drainage, and underground utilities.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, subcontractors, and site support functions.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, housekeeping, access, and daily progress reporting.
- Support inspections, punch-list clearance, testing, and project handover.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in oil and gas, EPC, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
- Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.
- Strong practical experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, specifications, and construction details.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements, PTW, JSA/risk assessment, toolbox talks, PPE, and safe work practices.
- Leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Previous ADNOC or GCC oil and gas project experience or approval.
- Experience with major EPC contractors.
- Experience in brownfield or live-plant environments.
- Knowledge of ADNOC construction and HSE requirements.
