Manager or Senior Manager, Rotational Program, CFO Organization

What you will do

• Rotate across departments within the CFO Organization to support temporary business resourcing needs.
• Potentially support other Enterprise Solutions departments.
• Lead process improvements and document standard operating procedures.
• Apply accounting, operations, reconciliation, account analysis, and management reporting expertise.
• Manage rotations averaging six to nine months, with potential transition to a full-time role based on business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience in public accounting, investment management, or a combination of both.
• Understanding of fund accounting and operations business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, account analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management, financial management, or change management.
• CA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
