What you will do
- Lead complex financial analysis and modeling engagements, including forecasting business initiatives, evaluating financing alternatives, scenario analysis, and cash flow assessment.
- Develop forward-looking budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business goals.
- Compile, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support short- and long-term planning.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions through research, due diligence, legal agreement review, and analysis of business strategies and tax implications.
- Advise clients in virtual meetings and manage engagements with a focus on client service.
- Improve financial models, tools, and processes while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance, business advisory, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have
- CFA, CPA, CA, or an MBA in Finance.
- Coding, Power BI, or experience with other FP&A tools.
