About the Role

You will lead Cloud Platform Engineers while designing and improving a secure scalable cloud native platform on Microsoft Azure. You will manage Azure Kubernetes Service environments administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps establish observability with Grafana Prometheus and Azure Monitor and drive reliability through automation infrastructure as code and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development development operations and release management
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture best practices
• Experience building cloud solutions in highly regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Shell scripting Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Enthusiasm for blockchain technologies
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent English at greater than B2 level; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Platform Engineers and provide technical direction mentorship and hands-on leadership
• Design manage and improve the cloud native platform on Microsoft Azure
• Manage Azure Kubernetes Service environments including architecture lifecycle upgrades security capacity and operations
• Administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps services
• Establish monitoring alerting logging and performance insights with Grafana Prometheus and Azure Monitor
• Improve developer productivity platform reliability and developer experience through internal development platform capabilities
• Support IT compliance activities covering security risk continuity incidents outsourcing and governance
• Drive reliability through infrastructure as code automation standardization and continuous improvement
• Own the technical quality maintainability scalability and strategic evolution of cloud platforms and services
