About the Role
You will translate ambiguous product and business questions into clear analytics projects and measurable outcomes. You will partner with product managers engineers and stakeholders to shape strategy, analyze performance, build metrics and dashboards, and support feature decisions through experimentation. You will also develop reliable analytics using SQL, Python, Redshift, Databricks, notebooks, dbt and Airflow while identifying opportunities to improve products and customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related analytics or data-focused role
- Experience as a product data scientist supporting an early-stage or consumer-facing product
- Experience with experimentation ad hoc analysis and strategic insight generation
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience improving user-facing product performance with data
- Experience with Airflow and dbt data pipelines
- Experience influencing OKRs prioritization roadmapping or execution
- Strong communication skills
- Fintech experience
- Experience with causal inference or machine learning
- Python proficiency
Responsibilities
