Spring 2027 Finance Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States, with opportunities in Danvers, Massachusetts; Jacksonville, Florida; Raritan, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; Spring House, Pennsylvania; and Titusville, New Jersey. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

Salary: $26–$29/hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial and data analysis for business decisions.
• Assist with capital budgeting, financial consolidation, and month/year-end closing procedures.
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional business projects.
• Gain exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or another business-related major.
• Undergraduate or fifth-year master's student with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Intermediate Excel skills or a strong willingness to develop them quickly.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
