Mid Level User Researcher (GDS)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Deliver user research across a substantial GDS project.
• Work within multidisciplinary delivery teams on complex, sensitive and fast-moving problems.
• Research the needs and experiences of diverse and seldom-heard user groups.
• Navigate complex stakeholder groups, ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Generate evidence that shapes public services and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience conducting user research within GDS projects.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups and navigating ambiguity.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.
• Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks are required; a DBS check may also be needed.
