UX Researcher (Dating)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $40–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research to improve the dating experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of user segments across Affinity apps.
• Generate actionable insights for product decisions and new initiatives.
• Communicate research findings through written reports and presentations.
• Partner with Product and Design to establish research best practices and mentor teams on research methods and testing.

Requirements

• At least one year of user research experience in a B2C or B2B product environment.
• Experience conducting moderated or unmoderated user interviews and usability testing.
• Experience creating surveys and analyzing user attitudes and behaviors.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for audiences ranging from designers to executives.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
