Manager, Cyber Security

What you will do

• Support technical, operational, and risk management activities for the Global Information Security APAC team.
• Perform infrastructure, application, and third-party security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration-testing support.
• Track security issues, coordinate remediation, and provide recommendations to technology and business teams.
• Coordinate APAC security incidents, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, and security reporting.
• Review application and infrastructure changes for security impact and help implement standard security capabilities.
• Oversee technology, information security, outsourcing, and operational resilience risks under MAS requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security operations or security governance, risk, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix-like operating systems, networking, Internet protocols, encryption, cloud environments, and OWASP.
• Ability to identify cyber risks, analyze vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, characterize threats, and develop treatment plans.
• Strong understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS 4.0 security frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge and experience with Singapore technology-related regulations, including MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CRISC, or similar certification.
