Lead Sales Engineer - Mandarin (Application Security)

Location: Singapore; supporting businesses in Taiwan and Singapore

What you will do

• Partner with account teams to develop and execute technical sales strategies for application security testing solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Provide consultation on SAST, SCA, and DAST solutions.
• Analyze customer environments and requirements to design and propose security solutions.
• Create technical presentations and documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
• Support security architecture discussions, DevSecOps integrations, competitive differentiation, and industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in application security sales engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical pre-sales role.
• Understanding of application security concepts, vulnerabilities, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with SAST, SCA, or DAST technologies.
• Technical background in software development, security engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and technical consultation skills.
• Ability to present at public events in Traditional Chinese and English; Traditional Chinese and English required.

Nice to have

• Consulting or solutions engineering experience.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and methodologies and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of general development techniques and coding languages.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements.
