Cyber Security Engineer - Sr. Consultant level (AI Engineer)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Build and operate cybersecurity AI products for enterprise security teams.
• Develop agentic solutions for threat investigation, alert triage, security workflow automation, vulnerability analysis, and security decision-making.
• Apply AI engineering practices across LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, tool orchestration, context management, and model evaluation.
• Develop production-grade backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native applications.
• Evaluate and improve AI quality, safety, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Research emerging AI technologies and collaborate in a small, fast-moving product development team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, AI agents, copilots, automation systems, or RAG-based products.
• Strong programming ability in Python, TypeScript, Node, Go, Java, C#, or Rust, plus experience building backend services, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure software development, common vulnerabilities, and AI security risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, hallucinations, unsafe tool use, and adversarial inputs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, containers, infrastructure, observability, secrets management, and secure cloud configuration.
• At least 3 days per week in the Singapore office; exact expectations are confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or model evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with application security, cloud security, IAM, security operations, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, incident response, or SIEM/SOAR workflows.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
• Experience in early-stage product teams, startups, innovation teams, or ambiguous product incubation environments.
