Chargeback Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Process issuing and acquiring chargebacks end to end and support related transactions.
• Build, shape, and continuously improve payment operations processes.
• Communicate directly with clients about payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with payment infrastructure providers, escalate requests, and monitor resolution.
• Manage daily operational requests and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Improve the delivery of payment services across customer-facing products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in chargeback or card operations.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end payment lifecycle and chargeback handling.
• Fluent English required, with clear and professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.

• Experience in a neobank, payment service provider, or fintech environment.
