Location: Broughton, UK, with UK and transnational European placements every six months

What you will do

• Rotate through six finance placements across hirify.global’s global business.
• Gain experience as a business partner and in technical financial roles.
• Contribute to cost accounting, planning and reporting, investor relations, programme controlling, and customer services controlling.
• Support decision-making and collaborate with local and international teams.
• Study toward the CIMA professional qualification and become a Chartered Management Accountant.

Requirements

• Degree at 2:1 or above, or equivalent, in an appropriate subject.
• At least one year of management-accounting-related work experience, such as industry finance experience or a controlling internship or placement.
• International mobility with a UK home site and the ability to move between hirify.global European sites every six months.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility for required security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ambition for a career in finance, collaborative working skills, self-awareness, and commitment to personal development.
