What you will do

• Develop and own data governance strategies, policies, and standards across SAP data domains.
• Define and steer the enterprise data architecture vision for SAP S/4HANA and connected systems.
• Implement data-quality frameworks, KPIs, and monitoring processes.
• Drive data harmonization, standardization, and consolidation across global business units.
• Advise leadership on SAP data strategy, governance, and related decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP data governance, data architecture, and S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of master data, transactional data, metadata, data lifecycle, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading global data governance teams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in data-quality management, data modeling, and migration strategies.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
