Operator - Norse Plant (Gas Pipelines)

Location: Onsite in McGregor, North Dakota, United States. Rotating schedule with overtime and callouts.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the gas processing plant, compressor station, compressors, pumps, engines, and related equipment.
• Measure and record production, equipment readings, downtime, and completed activities.
• Perform minor repairs and assist with major compressor and equipment repairs.
• Respond to callouts and support mechanical, measurement, and other company personnel.
• Ensure equipment efficiency, product quality, regulatory compliance, and safe operations.
• Maintain the company vehicle and complete required documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• General knowledge of compressor stations, gathering systems, and processing plant operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, customer orientation, basic math, and sound judgment.
• Valid state operating license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, work at heights and in confined areas, walk up to 7 miles per day, and work outdoors around mechanical, industrial, and electrical equipment.
• Must pass an SCBA fit test and screening; DOT drug and alcohol testing may apply.
