What you will do

• Operate backhoes and other heavy equipment to move materials across job sites.
• Set up natural gas distribution pipeline job sites.
• Follow safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
• Inspect equipment daily before operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment.

Requirements

• Prior gas distribution piping experience.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel.
