Brand Expression Design Director (Packaging)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $144,000–$190,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate marketing challenges and business objectives into integrated creative briefs.
• Brainstorm, concept, and execute brand imagery with a strong focus on packaging design.
• Define global brand vision, design strategy, and creative execution.
• Create design solutions that address consumer needs and business challenges.
• Deliver creative brand solutions across packaging, retail, point-of-sale, and digital touchpoints.
• Manage internal and external design partners while contributing hands-on creative work and coordinating timelines, budgets, and project scope.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, point-of-sale retail, displays, and digital experience.
• Degree in Design with a graphics focus and relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, systems, aesthetics, typography, and color.
• Expert hands-on proficiency with current graphic design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Office presentation software.

• Experience in print production and creating print-ready mechanicals.
