What you will do

• Lead brand, packaging, advertising, and digital design execution across typography, color, and layout standards.
• Manage visual assets for packaging, advertising, displays, catalogs, and selected digital channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including templates, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales on integrated creative solutions.
• Manage multiple complex projects and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 8–13 years of relevant experience in brand, packaging, and digital design, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong expertise in typography, color theory, visual storytelling, print production, and vendor management.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and team mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, AI platforms, and generative AI.
• Website design and image editing experience.
