Senior RBI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain risk-based inspection programs for offshore facilities.
• Conduct qualitative, semi-quantitative, and quantitative RBI studies using API 580 and API 581 methodologies.
• Assess the integrity and risk of pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and related equipment.
• Develop inspection plans, corrosion control programs, fitness-for-service assessments, and remaining-life evaluations.
• Review inspection reports, NDT results, corrosion data, and damage mechanisms to optimize inspection intervals.
• Support offshore campaigns, shutdowns, audits, incident investigations, and management presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in inspection, asset integrity, corrosion, or RBI engineering within oil and gas facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on RBI assessment experience.
• Strong understanding of offshore production facilities, process equipment, inspection methodologies, and integrity management systems.
• Knowledge of API 580, API 581, API 510, API 570, API 653, ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, NACE/AMPP standards, API 579, damage mechanism reviews, and corrosion management programs.
• Experience interpreting inspection and NDT data, risk ranking, consequence analysis, and probability-of-failure assessments.
