AI Developer (Agentic & Generative AI): Designing, building, and deploying multi-step autonomous agents, generative AI tools, and intelligent systems with an accent on agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and reliable AI evaluation. Focus on developing production-ready solutions, integrating AI with business tools, and managing machine-learning and LLMOps lifecycles.

What you will do
- Desi and implement multi-step agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and generative AI solutions integrated with business tools and platforms.
- Develop and optimise machine-learning pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks for reliable and responsible AI use.
- Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to turn use cases into practical capabilities and self-service solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools for enterprise AI development.
- Own solutions from early concept through deployment and ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, machine learning, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern AI/LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic architectures.
- Knowledge of machine learning, model evaluation, retrieval techniques, data workflows, and generative AI methods.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Structured approach to delivery and williness to learn in a changing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of integration interfaces and protocols such as Model Context Protocol.
- Experience with CI/CD, LLMOps, or MLOps practices for lifecycle management and monitoring.
