Statutory Reporting Specialist (Nordics)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; on-site role

What you will do

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for entities in the Nordics using the internal statutory reporting tool.
• Identify and calculate statutory adjustments, record them in the ERP system, and complete filings by the applicable local deadlines.
• Perform detailed analytical reviews and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate global statutory processes with local Nordic teams and the Global Statutory Process Leader.
• Act as the main contact for centralized external audits, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated promptly.
• Maintain standardized statutory processes and support reporting, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Accounting or finance qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Clear thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to prioritize changing demands.
• Experience leading projects or process improvements within operations or finance functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar global role.
