Workshop Service Technician (f/m/d) (Vacuum Pumps)

What you will do

• Perform maintenance and repair of vacuum pumps and returned equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, diagnose, replace spare parts, reassemble, and test products according to service guidelines.
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records in the work order system.
• Carry out repair, maintenance, and calibration services in line with KPI and quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and manage assigned tools and equipment.
• Help deliver high-quality products and solutions while meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

• Qualification such as BTEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, vacuum pump repair, or equipment repair.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and basic measuring and calibration skills.
• Three years of manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential.
• Basic verbal and written English is required.
• Good interpersonal skills, IT affinity, and general knowledge of data processing, analysis, and interpretation.
