Location: Remote position based in the EMEA region

What you will do

  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights supporting efficient hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews and provide insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective hiring operations.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support robust decision-making in talent selection.
  • Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous enhancement.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring and supporting inclusive sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EMEA region to work remotely.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Experience in hiring talent within technology or consulting industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL and preferably Python or advanced statistical analysis.
  • Experience with behavioural and competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments.
  • High personal organisation and self-drive to work effectively remotely.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting, training leadership on talent hunting.
  • Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, and ML.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset.
  • Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
