Manager, People Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive insights to solve complex business challenges, such as predicting attrition risk.
• Oversee the "People Data Stack" to ensure it remains secure, GDPR-compliant, and a single source of truth.
• Design and implement AI Agents capable of surfacing real-time insights to managers.
• Bridge the communication gap between human behavioral intent (HR) and technical engineering implementation.

Requirements

• Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering with skills in advanced statistics and SQL.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Superset or Tableau.
• Business level written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute against well-planned roadmaps with a coaching mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year for company events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airbyte, Ranger, Superset, Temporal, or Trino.
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agentic Engineering, Product Management, or UX Design.
