Account Receivable Manager - Healthcare (Saudi National) (Accounts Receivable and Healthcare Finance): Managing accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application, trade finance, and strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia with an accent on NUPCO, Ministry of Health, distributor relationships, and financial governance. Focus on analyzing ageing reports, mitigating bad-debt exposure, coordinating trade-finance facilities, and improving working capital through scalable financial processes.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and be eligible for a sponsorship transfer where applicable.

What you will do
- Own monthly account statements, payment allocations, cash applications, credit notes, and customer reconciliations.
- Lead ageing reviews, collection strategies, delinquent-customer dispute resolution, and bad-debt risk assessments.
- Manage strategic accounts including NUPCO, the Ministry of Health, distributors, service accounts, and direct customers.
- Coordinate NUPCO certification, customer-contract reviews, penalties, credit notes, and financial exposure.
- Manage banking and trade-finance facilities, including letters of credit and bank guarantees.
- Supervise regional collection resources and partner with Commercial, Service, and Finance teams to improve working capital and customer-account performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Valid and appropriate SOCPA membership.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts receivable, credit management, or collections.
- Experience establishing, developing, or transforming a finance or accounting function.
- Experience with healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, OTL, and GPRR processes is required or strongly relevant.
- Current residence in Saudi Arabia and eligibility for a sponsorship transfer where applicable.
Nice to have
- Experience in the diagnostics industry.
- Strong experience managing NUPCO, MOH, distributors, and major customer accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
