Claims Representative (Health Insurance)

Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Receive claim batches from providers and individual claims from members.
• Log, file, scan, and image claims for tracking, planning, and processing.
• Compile processing schedules and assemble batches for assignment to Claims Team members.
• Accept finalized claims and update statuses in systems and trackers.
• Contact providers and members to obtain additional information and resolve queries.
• Prepare regular claims status reports and support timely first-contact resolution.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar administrative and stakeholder-contact role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to follow and contribute to established procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across a diverse population.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to fast-paced work; awareness of medical terminology is advantageous.
