Showroom Accountant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — On-site. Work week: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM Saudi Arabian Time.

What you will do

• Manage cash, bank transactions, receipts, daily reconciliations, and income and expense reporting for the cars business.
• Maintain inventory ledgers, record daily sales movements, conduct stock counts, investigate variances, and monitor inventory aging.
• Record cost centres and business streams accurately and manage VAT treatment and supporting records.
• Own supplier ledgers, prepare statements and sign-offs, and reconcile inventory value, pricing updates, and P&L.
• Manage month-end closing activities, respond to finance requests, and oversee Finance Analyst reporting and dashboards.
• Identify duplicated manual workflows, drive automation and system improvements, and document standard processes.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English required.
• ACCA, part-qualified CA, or a similar professional qualification.
• Hands-on experience with cash and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, supplier reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, cost centre accounting, revenue and cost cut-offs, and financial record management.
• Experience improving finance processes through automation, system improvements, or reduced manual workflows.
