TL;DR
IT & OT Specialist (Industrial IT/OT): Maintaining and troubleshooting the IT ecosystem supporting production at the Marki facility with an accent on industrial networks, production systems, shop-floor equipment, and incident ownership. Focus on diagnosing faults across network, host, application, database, and machine-vendor layers, coordinating vendors and partners, and keeping production incidents moving through resolution.

What you will do
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding and documentation of the production IT/OT ecosystem, including networks, tunnels, servers, storage, production systems, and shop-floor equipment.
- Investigate and triage incidents using connectivity tests, device and host checks, logs, and monitoring to identify the responsible technical layer and owner.
- Own production-affecting incidents from intake through impact assessment, workaround, delegation, resolution, closure, and root-cause follow-up.
- Coordinate network partners, IT partners, production-system vendors, and ISPs, ensuring work is scheduled around production and verified before closure.
- Manage operational access for VPNs, remote desktops, network shares, production systems, databases, firewalls, and monitoring services.
- Provide day-to-day support for factory endpoints and peripherals, including packstations, scanners, kiosks, printers, workstations, and workflow PCs.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of IT/OT architecture and industrial network standards.
- Experience with projects combining business IT systems and industrial automation OT.
- Ability to troubleshoot across network, host, application, database, and machine-vendor layers.
- Ability to communicate technical faults clearly to plant stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Availability to work on-site in Marki, Poland.
