IT Operations Specialist - Network

What you will do

• Monitor network availability and performance across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, local equipment, and cloud environments.
• Investigate connectivity incidents, restore services, dispatch tickets, and coordinate resolution with local IT teams and external providers.
• Administer and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls and VPN connectivity.
• Support network monitoring, operational reporting, KPI tracking, and technical documentation.
• Participate in major-incident support, post-incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and an on-call rotation.
• Support infrastructure patching, access audits, vulnerability monitoring, security findings, and compliance activities with the IT SOC team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IT network operations or a similar technical role.
• Experience with network technologies or platforms such as Cisco, Cato, Aviatrix, or Fortinet.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and request management practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools such as SolarWinds.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001.
• Relevant education in IT or a related field, with clear communication and structured problem-solving skills.
